HOTEL INFORMATION
Situated along the picturesque James River, Kingsmill is the only AAA Four Diamond condominium resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. Features include: 3 restaurants, a marina, a full-service spa, a health club, an indoor pool, and two championship golf courses. All 425 rooms offer comforts like premium bedding and down comforters, plus free WiFi and flat-screen TVs with cable channels. Other amenities available to guests include furnished balconies, room service, childcare and a 24-hour business center.
Reservations for the Kingsmill are now full and no longer available. The Double Tree by Hilton Williamsburg, located at 50 Kingsmill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185, which is at the entrance of the Kingsmill Resort is available for reservations. The Double Tree is offering a group rate of $91/night plus tax. Reservations MUST be made by Tuesday, October 31 to receive the state rate.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Payments may only be made via check or PayPal. Electronic Fund Transfers are not accepted.Requests for conference registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to Mindy Stell at mstell@dinwiddieva.us or to the payment address by November 3, 2017. (A $20..00 Processing fee will be assessed.) After this date, no refunds will be issued.
