Please join us for this focused virtual training on post-conviction victim advocacy in Virginia. Advocates will receive critical updates from the Department of Corrections and the Office of the Attorney General. Topics will include:

  • VADOC's updated NAAVI victim notification program and its role in post-conviction victim services in Virginia
  • Relevant updates to Earned Sentence Credits
  • Conviction Integrity, appeals, and other cases handled post-conviction by the OAG
