HIV testing for Defendant

    Has anyone ever had a court order that a defendant on a rape case be ordered to have a HIV test? I have a victim of rape that has been tested but with the delay in a possible positive result, she would like to have him tested for quicker results. I am not aware of this being ordered but wanted to check.
