    Good morning - 

    I'm wondering if anyone has been able to successfully argue for closed circuit testimony for a sexual assault victim who is older than 14 but has cognitive delay due to TBI? In this case the victim is age 15 but has the cognition of a 7 year old due to a traumatic brain injury related to a medical condition. The statute does not specifically allow for this argument but I was wondering if anyone had any experience creating an allowance around this specific condition.
